Music Thursday

I had the Brothers in Arms tape, back in the 80s. Used to blast this out of my car...even though I learned later on in life, you're supposed to change the oil every 3,000 miles or so. Heh. No wonder it ran so shabbily. And the poodle catcher on it (got the bumper hooked up on a bike rack at a Jack in the Box in San Diego).

This was always a favorite of mine...
(and chicks were NEVER "free", trust me)

As for the oil...depends on HOW MUCH you drive...
If it's a daily rider, then 3K is fine.
If it sits in the garage, then you can judge by TIME instead of mileage...like every YEAR or two...LOL.
And then there's always the SYNTHETIC and "high-mileage" oils...

    SO many decisions...so little time...LMAO!

    Have a great weekend.
(can't get that song out my head now...)

  2. Heh now you have an ear-worm! I drove that car every day. Did you know that about 3 years of driving on the same oil, will turn that oil a different color? This was back in 85 when I had the car, there was not synthetic and high-mileage back then. And cars had normal engines! Not computer-run things. It was a used car I got for $1700.

The radio stations here, one cuts out the little faggot part, the whole section, the other radio station only bleeps out that word. Funny how times have changed!
