Surprise in the mail!

Tuesday the mail lady came by the house and honked her horn. I was wondering "what the heck is in the mail" as I had not ordered anything lately. To my surprise, THIS was in the mail! Texas Ghostrider makes birdhouses and birdfeeders, and he had sent one. I would upload the picture to here, but my internet hates me today, and I am lucky just to even load a page. Now to try to find a good spot to hang it. I thought I had found a good spot, but it turns out it is right over the stepping stones, people would hit their heads on it! I guess I will put it on the oak tree in the front yard.

  1. Glad you liked it, I wanted to thank you for all of those ties. I have a lot of posts coming up just been a bit busy.

  2. EL:
SLap that Internet around...I want to see the pictures (and get some ideas).

The only birdhouse I made was from a kit (for kids)...LOL
ANd that was 4 years ago.
I think I made one in boy scouts, but living in Philly, the only birds we saw were pigeons, and this house was for finches.

But at last THIS birdhouse DOES have it's own "mailbox" and address signage.
